If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item under the conditions outlined below.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that all the following conditions are met:

Returns can only be initiated after you have physically received your order.

Return shipping costs, including any international postage or customs fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Trying on items to check the fit is allowed, but wearing or using items is not permitted.

Orders placed in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
3. Return Process

Notify us of your intention to return an item by emailing info@davidclairetoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Ship the item(s) at your own expense, including any applicable customs or import fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, and its condition approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.
Please note:

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Liability and Customer Responsibility

David & Claire Toronto is not responsible for lost or missing parcels if tracking information shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Address corrections or errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order.

We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
